Contractors

Thank you for your interest in providing contracting services to Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP).  Contractors may be either:

Engaged directly by CEDP (including by a school, COSHC, CELC, Trade Training Centre or CEO) to provide services such as:

  • Tutoring to students (eg, sports instructors, language teachers, music teachers who are engaged by a school).
  • Providing and selling food to students at the school canteen.
  • Repairs and maintenance work at a specific site.
  • Projects managed by the CEO Facilities Team where contractors may include architects, builders and tradespeople.

Not engaged directly by CEDP but using CEDP rooms and equipment including:

  • Services provided to students paid for by parents/others (eg, music teacher/speech pathologist/occupational therapist engaged by parents using a school room for lessons).
  • Your role as a contractor remains subject to the approval of the Principal, Director or Manager

Step 1: Complete the 'Building Child Safe Communities - Undertaking for Contractors' form

All contractors must complete the Contractors Form below prior to commencing. You will receive an email confirmation once the form is submitted. Please note you will need to complete a new form for each location at which you provide contracting services.



Step 2: Complete the online training module

It is a system requirement that the online training module be completed by all contractors commencing at any of our locations and the training needs to be completed every second year.

  • Open the module by clicking the Start link below.
  • Read through the presentation.
  • Complete and submit quiz questions (this will take approximately 10 minutes).
 
   
Hidden UpdatePanel, which is used to help with saving state when minimizing, moving and closing docks. This way the docks state is saved faster (no need to update the docking zones).
